Due to the detailed nature of a sign project, it is important that each sign is checked for the correct wording and terminology. One way in which this can be achieved is through the production of a sign schedule.

A rough copy is started during the site survey, and then during the drawing phase, a more accurate and detailed copy is produced.

We prepare a full text schedule for each and every sign which includes its location, sign type and text, arrow and character proposal.These schedules are then used by the client to check the wording, locations and proposed type for each sign.

After any amendments have been added the schedule and drawings are then used by the sign manufacturer to produce the signs.

The schedule can be used as a working document by all departments concerned to ensure correct wording and terminology are used.
The final document can be used by the sign manufacturer for the sign production.
The schedule can be kept on file as a record for all signs and amended where alterations have occurred. The schedule can be supplied on disk in Microsoft Excel format to allow for any changes and amendments.
